Title:  PRR 8929, FS-20M, 1952
Description:  Here is an original photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in November of 1952. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #8929, an FS-20M built by Fairbanks-Morse in June of 1951, rated at 2,000 horsepower, and retired in February of 1967 after 16 years of revenue service. In this context, it's rockin' 'n' rollin' with a westbound local freight train. Photo via Bob Hanson. ("Garr254" A; #2 of 6)
