Two years after the NS merger, there was still a lot of predecessor power around. This set was on a train at Danville KY on the Rathole. There's more to it than meets the eye. The leader is obvious, one of the unusual high short hood GP 30's only NW and Southern got; the third unit is ex Central of Georgia and carries its C of G number. The trailing unit is actually at home; it's sublettered for the CNO&TP. |
