PRSX 3002
Looks as if PRSX 3002 is headed to Waycross for scrap or rebuilding. Check out the missing fans and innards where the radiators should be. But a new primer coat perhaps indicates a rebuilding in the future??

Probably not for scrap. I doubt they'd primer it before cutting it up. I wonder if it's destined to become a CAT-engine rebuild like the 3001?

It was. It is PRLX 3002 now. It is a Caterpiller rebuild. It is a joint venture with Progress Rail and Union Pacific. It is now in UP yellow and harbor mist paint.
