| According to the information sign posted next to this Pennsylvania wooden N6b caboose, it was built in 1904 by the Vandalia RR shops in Terre Haute, IN. In 1914, the PRR rebuilt the caboose from a 4-wheel design to an 8-wheel design, again at the now PRR Terre Haute shops. It was assigned to the engineering service in the 1960's. |
