| The Western Pacific was folded into UP in 1982, almost 40 years ago. To find one of their boxcars still rolling well into the 21st century was a find. This one was on a northbound at Mc Alester on the ex MKT. I caught it the day UP 4014 was visiting for an overnight service stop, so there were lots of daisy pickers around, hence the lack of a clear shot. Oh well....and of course, it's covered in graffiti!! |
