| CSX 290771 was at the ICL-IP Chemical Co. facility at Gallipolis Ferry, WV on 8-12-2015. The road is higher than the railroad here so we can't see the hoppers, etc. The engines were pulling this cut of cars to the left as part of the switching operations. |
