BNSF 4433 the soggy tail-end on the northbound covered hopper consist parked in the passing lane waiting to depart into the descending fall of night. Note that its not foggy - thats rain diffusion in the background. The heavy rain of the past two weeks virtually eliminating our previous ten months of drought and bringing our annual rainfall back to average after being nearly a foot behind schedule. This must be how the rest of the world works, and Im not complaining after months of wonderfully dry shooting conditions - guess I can put up with a few weeks of solid heavy rain. |
