ES40DC 5382 With No Headlights         
CSX Q034 crawls through the Union station with ES40DC 5382, C40-8 7629, and ES40DC 5400 leading the way. For some reason, 5382s headlight was shut off as it aproached the station, and stayed off as it passed through.
