| This ex-C&NW ribside hopper was one of at least two I saw in a "blocked" cut of cars along the TC&W in SLP on this unusually cool evening on the last day of July, 2013. The fact it is sitting directly across form the former M&St.L/C&NW line to Hopkins and points south is poigant; this car and its compatriot are close to now-vanished home rails. Note how the old C&NW number has been retained. |
