| Departing Terminal Island, Pacific Harbor Line MP20C-3 65 approaches the lift span of the Badger Bridge over the Cerritos Channel in Long Beach, California, on September 19, 2011. This vertical lift bridge was constructed in 1996 by Adams & Smith Incorporated, replacing another lift bridge built in 1924 connecting Terminal Island (formerly Rattlesnake Island) to the rest of the country.
