Sure wish one could see sights like this today down at Shady Oak Beach. As always, nice shot. Looks like they are whistling for the grade crossing west of the lake on Dominick Drive. Steam is coming from the 328's whistle, correct?

Train must have been going kind of slow if you got it looking both ways from the Shady Oak Road bridge and still made it down here to get a couple of really nice shots by the lake.

Was this train moving really, really slow???? You caught him in St. Louis Park, at the Excelsior BLVD crossing in Hopkins, Shady Oak Road bridge, across Shady Oak Lake (above), crossing MILW Road, crossing West 62nd Street, passing in front of Lake Riley, passing under Pioneer Trail bridge, crossing U.S. 212, crossing the Minnesota at Carver, BEFORE reaching Merriam Jct.
