700 & 823 shove a mail car north around the Rensselaer station area for tonight's Lake Shore Ltd. The Boston section section sits on the track to the right. Mail cars were discontinued a few years later. The platform here no longer exists. The current station is just to the south of here. It has high level platforms. |
