Title: |
NYC's Baldwin 7301 From The Roosevelt Rd. Viaduct |
Description: |
The ramp in the background is Clark Street ramping up to the Roosevelt Rd. (12th St.) Viaduct with two CTA porpane-fueled buses. In the mid-ground, REA is sure doing a bang up business and NYC Flexivans are being switched. Of course, the Baldwin gem in the foreground is switching LaSalle St. Station. The viaduct (long bridge) was debatably the best train watching location in the world in 1964. |

NYC 7301 Working the LaSalle St. Station Leads |
Description: |
The two CTA buses on the Clark Street ramp up to Roosevelt Rd. appear to be the propane fueled ones. The REA appears to be doing a bang-up business. Then there is NYC's early roadrailers. Last, of course, this rare-bird engine switching. |
