The train has come down the Main Line Sub from Louisville. The Covid-19 Pandemic has really hurt traffic on the Main Line, as roughly half of its scheduled trains were annuled (the majority being unit autorack trains).

Description:  Q029 (Chicago, IL 59th St. - Fairburn, GA) heads south through a 10 mph slow order at Amqui. This train and Q025 are the hottest southbounds through the Nashville Terminal and tend to cause logjams of other trains when they roll through town. In the distance one can see the tail end of Q202, which is stopped waiting to get out of town on the Main Line Sub. Its path is blocked at CP Monfort by Q203 and Q573, which are both waiting for Q029 and Q025 off the Henderson Sub to clear CP Amqui before they can continue south to Kayne Ave. Yard and Radnor Yard respectively.

The haze in the background is not fog, it is smoke from a small fire that was set under the Due West Ave. bridge just north of here. Metro Nashville Fire responded and made quick work of the small blaze.
